Ice Thermal Storage System
Overiew
The system stores ice in the ice storage tank at night time (23:00 - 09:00) using cheap midnight electricity and melts it during daytime for cooling. This system provides load leveling and economical use of the Nerge by distributing the power demand at the maximum load during the day.
